3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are subject to availability.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by the Company.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in quotations, invoices, or purchase agreements.

Late payments may result in delayed shipments or order cancellation.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by transport providers, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

6. Inspection and Claims

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application.

Technical recommendations provided by the Company are offered in good faith but do not constitute a warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenVitra Recyclers shall not be liable for:

Consequential losses

Loss of profits

Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, and documents remain the property of GreenVitra Recyclers unless otherwise stated.
